Terms of use

Last updated 25 October 2026.

The service

Promptuaria is operated by Damiano Presa. It is an early service offered free of charge, as is: it may change, be unavailable, or lose data despite our backups. Do not keep the only copy of anything important here.

Your account

You sign in with GitHub. You are responsible for what is published from your account. We may suspend or restrict an account that breaks these terms or puts the service or others at risk.

Your content

  • You keep the rights you have in what you write. You must have the right to publish it.
  • Drafts are private to you. Publishing a version makes it public, permanently, under the license you chose for the Spec: published versions cannot be edited, and anyone may read, copy and download them under that license.
  • You give us the permission needed to store, render, back up and serve your content to provide the service.

What you may not publish

Anything illegal; content that infringes others' rights; other people's personal data without their consent; malware, exploits aimed at systems you are not authorized to test, or instructions to harm people; harassment; spam, or content meant to manipulate search engines or other people. We may hold such content out of public view and restrict the account that published it.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, the service is provided without warranty, and we are not liable for losses arising from its use or unavailability. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

We may change these terms; the date above says when they last changed. Continuing to use Promptuaria after a change means accepting it.
